“Embracing Your Confidence Catalyst”

Despite internal obstacles and highly challenging life situations, some of us are able to take risks, and trust our inner knowing and choices. Others of us, or all of us at certain times, feel paralyzed to act in our interest and make changes. In this workshop, you will give concentrated time to focus on a personal block, and be supported toward shifting your perceptions based on improved self-confidence, innovative thinking and trusting your creative knowing.  

“Tapping Your Personal Power Over Anxiety”

Understanding anxiety as your ally in making life changes rather than your enemy is the underpinning of this workshop. Learning how to control anxiety through cognitive understandings is the focus of much therapeutic work these days. In this workshop, however, while reinforcing techniques you can use to not be controlled by your anxieties, you will also harness the incredible ally potential of your fears to help you realize a healing path for the future through more insight-oriented work.

Workshops are held at a beautiful property on 400 acres of a waterfront wilderness camp, 50 km west of Sudbury. This unspoiled natural setting has been dedicated to restoring women through connection to each other and the natural world since 1991.
